Front yard is definitely coming along! pulled up the old path. finished the baby picket fence. gotta couple loads of mulch also.

Looks fantastic. Have just got back from Perth had a fantastic time. Kate and Michael paid for everything for me, I was so spoilt. Raimond and Katherine had a little girl last week. Anastasia 9lb 2oz. Have just got home from Adelaide so will write to you soon, bye Dana. Love you.

Front Yard
The Hedges are in the front…
And the treads and risers are being installed!
I was hoping to get the treads done so we could plant lawn in Sept, but i cant see us making it in time…
Jammy likes sleeping on clothes that are freshly out of the tumble dryer…
Oven In
The Kitchenette is coming along. Last weekend we got the pizza cooker and microwave cabinet made and mounted. This weekend we got the oven mounted and wired up 
First thing done in there is a puff pastry pizza!
Tomorrow night, Roast!

I’d like to add for the record that I didn’t get ANY of the delicious looking puff pastry pizza, it was all gone by the time i got home, apparently Andy tried to leave some for me but it was getting soft so he ‘had’ to eat it. A likely story…

Year 1 Done and Dusted
Believe it or not, we have been in Ermington for 1 whole year! Time flies when your having fun.
We went out to our local to celebrate. Twas nice
The plans for year two:
- Get the driveway done
- Get the treads in the front yard
- Get the hedge planted
- Get the Citrus trees planted
- Get the fence fixed (so we can keep chewy here while over seas)
- Get the Kitchenette done
And Hopefully…
- Get the window in the master bedroom replaced,
- Get the front door replaced
- Get the shed roof and walls reclad
and maybe even get the bathroom finished…
Sorry we haven’t blogged in ages. We just suck. Lots has happened… Shutters are done… Pool table is set up in the shed… We got a fridge given to us… I have gone back to Stock Control @ work… bought lots of Japanese Buxus from Grays Online to make a hedge in the front yard… got another 3 pallets of slightly damaged (but free)Treads delivered home which should be enough to complete the retaining wall.
I’ll try not to leave it too long before blogging again!
