Hiii! How exciting, i’m totally engaged. That will keep me happy for another few years haha. Thankyou so much everybody for the well wishes, we’ll keep you posted on any plans.
Andy was very tricky with the proposal, he got me to get the camera ready for a photo of both of us and when i got back into position he got down on one knee and proposed (which is why we now have a photo of it! It’s not a re-enactment hehe). Very smooth Andy, very smooth.
In case I forget later it was on the 24th of May near Thornleigh Park on one of the walking tracks, ‘The Great North Walk”, the little stream there was very pretty and secluded. The family went to dinner last night to celebrate, i’m looking forward to more good times up ahead.
On a related note, love is in the air with heaps of other people getting engaged. Congrats to Michael and Kate who announced their wedding plans earlier in the year I dont think we ever ‘blogradulated’ them so yeah best wishes for you two, I’ve also noticed quite a few of my friends are engaged via facebook! I must admit the first thing I did was change my facebook relationship status…

Hey hey, we were totally busy over the long weekend building a DVD cabinet, ok well Andy did all the building but I brought him drinks and I did the first coat of paint. Anyway we finished properly tonight, here are some pics:

We’re still filling it up but it’s starting to take shape.

I think it looks pretty nice and the paint matches the pool table quite well. Nice job Andy.

Merry Christmas everybody (after the fact), here’s a nice photo of the work gang at Express:

From the left: Dean (the boss), Rhea (the freak), Sumali (the best), Alfred (the legal alien).
Holla,
Well i dont know what came over us but me and Andy went for a run on Friday night. This may possibly be repeated in the future, only time will tell but we’ve both got sore legs…
Other highlights of this week include (not in any order):
- Taking Malisha to Star City for the awesome buffet and not winning a single thing in the casino
- Going to Luna Park and discovering Andy doesn’t like not being in control
- Hanging out with Annabelle, Kathleen, Nicole and Al at Hillside Tavern (with an out of control Andy!)
- Watching the movie Room 1408 tonight (not sure if that really is a highlight or not)
- Andy winning $60 at Pennant Hills Inn and trying out the new chef who wasnt too bad
- Going Christmas present shopping and almost getting everything we needed
- Andy getting his bike fixed for cheaper than we thought it would be
- Being talked into a wine subscription service so now we have to start really liking wine
- Watching the recent hailstorm from our balcony safe in the knowledge our vehicles were in the garage
- Me giving Andy a buzz cut and not drawing any blood this time…
Anyhoo thats about it, seeyas!

Lol long time no blog…. aaaagaaaaain… soz
Anyhoot, i some new monitors…. as ya do…

See ya all soon!
No we haven’t disappeared…we just get busy (lazy) every now and then. Highlights of the month include:
- Going to Eugenia’s wedding on the weekend, held in Karingbah and Liverpool. It was a very long drive but totally worth it, there’s some pics up on facebook.
- Andy’s purchased a weird LCD monitor arm thingy so he can set up two screens for the one computer which should come in handy when i want to watch tv and he wants to browse the forums.
- I made a stir fry and tried chucking peanut butter in it, I think that’s where it went wrong…but it seriously said on the jar that you could use it for cooking.
- We’ve got half our Christmas shopping done and some of our banking in order, I ended up getting my first real credit card (that I wont name) and for some reason they only gave me a credit limit of 750……does that mean my credit rating is bad or something?! Perhaps its from that time back at uni when I overdrew my savings account by $20 and instead of paying it I just ignored their letters and let the bank close it or perhaps I filled out the form wrong? Who knows.
- We went to the indian place down the road with Andrea and Rhyll last night and it actually wasn’t that bad! Andy likes indian food more than me, who’d have thunk it?
Hey hey hey,
We had an awesome lunch on the weekend with “Thor”, “Squid” and “Morpheous” (I think i got that right?) at the Manly based Ribs and Rump restaurant. Thanks for coming guys, the food was awesome and the company was lovely!
Being the first time we’d ventured to Manly it was actually a nice place to hang out, the beach was a bit overpopulated but nice, after lunch me and Andy took a few steps into the water and then went home hehe. Andy took some pics he’ll put them up.

Howdy hooo,Â
We rearranged the tables again for what must be the 8th time, Andy now sits in the living room (with his bike and using his computer for the tv) and I have the little room that Annabelle lived in. It’s much easier to work in there, no distractions.
Andy got his leathers in the mail, I tried them on they’re huge and very hard to move around in hehe…of course Andy took pictures
Feel free to point and laugh :p
